Four years ago, I founded the Pharos Group, building on my previous coaching entity, which won awards for the provision of top quality management support. Not only have I coached in such companies as BT, Unilever, Scottish Equitable, Blockbuster, and the UK Ministry of Defence, but I am now a “recognised” trainer of new executive coaches, this qualification derived from the Association for Coaching (www.associationforcoaching.com).

Pharos differs from the many entities that operate under the title ‘coaching’ in that we have proven structure, methodologies and validated tools and client diagnostics. We actually deliver client goals – many people make this claim, but our goals are measurable, and we have never failed!
